Everything stays on the ground floor. A new covered walkway, with an aluminium frame and a glass roof and walls, runs along the garden and links the house to the old storage room, which becomes a second bedroom (about 12 m²). The bathroom gets bigger by moving its wall a little into the kitchen, and the stair opening is made longer for proper headroom. The rest of the garden stays open. Only the structure and main works are included: new walls are left as bare drywall, with no plastering or finishing, and no interior design.
